This unique bag is designed and hand-made by us in our Irish studio. The embroidery design is our own and based on antique Jacobean embroideries, which we love.

It's embroideredon a specialpure silkbrocade that is vintage and probably about fifty years old. Itwasoriginallydesigned for making church vestments and hangings originally andwould have been made in England or France.

It has a rich sheen that's difficult to capture in a photograph but is gorgeous in person.As this bag is made from a piece of vintage silk,it is only available in limited numbers.

This bag is lined ina vibrant green silk.

Please note that these bags are all very similar to one another, but not identical, as the body and liningis cutfrom a slightly different part ofeach fabric.
